Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 1, 2026

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Code Conspirators LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses personal information through https://www.wincodeconspirators.com and other online pages or forms that link to this Policy. It does not apply to information governed by a separate service agreement, employee or applicant information, or third-party websites we do not control.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide. We may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and any information contained in a message, inquiry, or request you submit through a form on the Site, plus your marketing preferences and records of your communications with us. You may choose not to provide information, but we may be unable to respond without certain details. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial or payment-card information, medical information, or passwords through a general form.

Essential technical information. When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information needed to deliver and secure the Site, including your IP address, browser and device type, and the general geographic area derived from your IP address.

Optional analytics information (if you opt in). If you opt in through our cookie banner, we and our service providers may also collect pages viewed and links clicked, referring and exit pages, dates and times of visits, and cookie or similar identifiers used to understand how visitors use the Site.

Embedded third-party content. If the Site includes embedded third-party content such as video, that provider may collect information directly when the embed loads; see section 12.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to operate, maintain, and secure the Site; respond to questions and requests; provide customer support; send marketing communications when permitted by law and when you have opted in; understand how visitors use the Site; improve the Site and communications; detect fraud, abuse, or security incidents; maintain business and legal records; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; comply with legal obligations; and carry out any purpose disclosed at collection or to which you consent.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Essential functions. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies for security and basic Site functions, including bot protection through Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes your IP address, browser and device information, user agent, approximate country, and other security signals to screen form submissions and protect the Site from automated abuse.

Analytics and marketing. With your consent, we and our service providers may also use cookies and similar technologies to measure visits, traffic sources, and Site usage, and to measure campaigns or provide content based on activity. Nothing in these categories loads before you make a choice in our cookie banner; declining is one action, equal to accepting; and no category is pre-selected.

Your choices. You can change your cookie choices in Site settings at any time; a changed choice governs your future use of the Site going forward. Changing your settings does not undo the collection of information that already happened before you changed your choice. You can also control cookies through your browser. Embedded third-party content (section 12) may set its own cookies subject to your consent choice.

Do Not Track. The Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Our treatment of legally recognized opt-out preference signals is described in section 6.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to: service providers that help us with hosting and content delivery, form processing, and customer-relationship management, acting on our behalf; professional advisers (attorneys, accountants, insurers) when reasonably necessary; for legal and safety purposes (to comply with law or a valid request, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or enforce an agreement); as part of a business transaction (merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets); and at your direction or with your consent.

6. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information as "sell" is defined under applicable state privacy laws. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or process it for targeted advertising as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws. We may still disclose personal information to service providers that process it on our behalf for the purposes described in this Policy. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information belonging to anyone under sixteen years old.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this Policy, considering the reason we collected it, its sensitivity, our relationship with you, legal and tax requirements, security needs, and the need to defend legal claims. As a general guide: we retain contact and inquiry information for 24 months after last interaction after your last interaction with us; newsletter and marketing records until you unsubscribe, plus a limited suppression record; and server and security logs for 90 days. We may delete, anonymize, or aggregate information when it is no longer needed.

8. Information Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send sensitive information through an unsecured form or email unless we have instructed you to.

9. Marketing Choices

You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us at growth@codeconspirators.com. After you opt out, we may still send nonpromotional messages, such as replies to your requests or legally required notices. Marketing email is sent only if you separately opt in (the marketing checkbox on our forms is separate and unchecked by default).

10. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal information; access it; correct it; request deletion; receive a portable copy; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; opt out of certain profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive information; withdraw consent; and appeal a decision on a privacy request. These rights are subject to exceptions. To make a request, contact us at legal@codeconspirators.com. We may need to verify your identity, and an authorized agent may submit a request where the law permits. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a right.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under thirteen. If you believe a child has provided information through the Site, contact us at legal@codeconspirators.com and we will take appropriate action.

12. Third-Party Websites and Embedded Content

The Site may link to or display content from third-party websites and services. Those third parties may collect information directly and use their own cookies; their practices are governed by their own policies.

13. International Processing

We use cloud hosting and service providers to operate the Site, and those providers may process personal information on servers located outside the country where you are located, including in the United States. Where required by applicable law, we take steps intended to provide an appropriate level of protection for personal information transferred internationally.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time, post the updated version, and revise the Last Updated date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change applies.
