Last updated: January 1, 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of https://www.wincodeconspirators.com, including the pages, content, features, and forms that link to these Terms, collectively called the "Site." The Site is operated by Code Conspirators LLC, referred to in these Terms as "we," "us," or "our." By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Separate Agreements for Services
These Terms govern use of the Site. They do not replace any proposal, order form, engagement letter, service agreement, or other written agreement for products or services. Where a separate written agreement applies, that agreement controls in the event of a conflict concerning those products or services.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems; interfere with the operation, availability, or security of the Site; introduce viruses or other harmful material; impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation; use the Site in a way that violates another person's rights; copy, scrape, or extract a substantial part of the Site through automated means without our written permission, other than normal search-engine indexing and assistive technologies; or use information from the Site to send spam or other unlawful communications.
4. Site Content and No Professional Advice
We provide the Site and its content for general informational purposes. We try to keep the information accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or error-free. Unless we expressly state otherwise in a separate written agreement: Site content is not legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice; using the Site or contacting us through it does not create a client, professional, or other special relationship; service descriptions are not binding offers; and testimonials, examples, and past results do not guarantee future outcomes. You should obtain advice addressing your specific facts before acting on information found on the Site.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, designs, and code, are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to access and use the Site for your personal use or internal evaluation. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content without our written permission, except as applicable law allows. Third-party names, logos, and products belong to their respective owners.
6. Information You Submit
You are responsible for the information you submit through the Site and represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate any law or another person's rights. You permit us to use submitted information as reasonably needed to respond to your request, evaluate whether we can provide services, communicate with you, and operate and protect the Site. We do not claim ownership of materials you submit. Do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card information, financial account details, medical information, or passwords through a general form unless we have directed you to a secure method. Submitting information does not guarantee a response or create a confidential relationship unless a separate agreement or professional rule requires it.
7. Third-Party Websites and Tools
The Site may link to or integrate websites and services operated by third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices; a link is not an endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that third party's terms.
8. Site Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and are not responsible for delays or failures caused by service providers, hosting providers, maintenance, cyberattacks, or matters outside our reasonable control.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and security. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions; there, the exclusions apply only to the extent the law permits.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Code Conspirators LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for access to the Site in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars. These limitations apply only to the Site and do not alter liability terms in a separate written agreement for paid services, and do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing Law and Courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action concerning these Terms or the Site must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton, Georgia, and you consent to those courts' jurisdiction. This section does not waive rights that applicable consumer law does not allow you to waive.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date above shows when the current version took effect. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless applicable law requires other notice. Your continued use of the Site after an update indicates acceptance.
13. General Provisions
If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, with any policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement concerning use of the Site and do not replace a separate written agreement for products or services.
